Welcome Desk
Upon checking into the hotel, you will be given your welcome pack, name badge and other important information at the GPPS Welcome Desk.
Working Office
A working office will be based at the hotel and will be manned Monday, 6 November through to Wednesday, 8 November.
Travel
To assist you in making your travel arrangements for the event, please find enclosed various links which should be of assistance to you in planning your trip.
If you plan to arrive via Paris airport, please allow a minimum of one hour to reach the Paris Hilton Hotel from Charles de Gaulle airport.

Dress
The dress code for the program is ‘business attire’.
Please bear in mind when packing for your trip that Paris can be very cold in November so please ensure you bring enough warm clothing.
